1、服务条款的接受
多维新闻网的各项网络服务的所有权和运营权归多维通讯社有限公司（以下称“多维”）所有。多维依照本服务条款及其不定时发布的操作规则提供网络服务。此 外，当服务使用者（以下称“用户”）使用多维各项分类服务时，用户应当同意本服务条款的全部内容并遵守与该项服务相关的规则与要点。后述所有规则与要点均 构成本服务条款的一部分。多维所提供的各项服务将按照其发布的章程、服务条款和操作规则严格执行。用户必须完全同意所有服务条款并完成注册程序，才能成为 多维的正式用户。

多维仅为用户提供相关的网络服务。用户必须自行配备上网所需的设备（如个人电脑、手机、调制解调器或其他必备上网装置）及所需费用（如上网所支付的与此服务有关的电话费用、网络费用、手机费用等）。
基于多维所提供的服务的重要性，用户应同意：
（1）提供详尽、准确的个人资料；
（2）不断更新注册资料，符合及时、详尽、准确的要求。若用户因提供任何错误、不实、过时或不完整的资料，由此造成的信息沟通延误，或用户身份对应错位等后果，多维不承担任何法律及连带责任；
（3）用户在此同意接受多维通过电子邮件或其他方式向用户发送宣传推广或者其他相关商业信息；
（4）在不对外披露单个用户隐私资料的前提下，多维有权对整个用户数据库进行分析并对用户数据库进行商业上的利用。

3、服务的变更、中断或终止
多维有权在任何时候，暂时或永久地修改或终止本服务（或任何一部分），无论是否通知。多维对本服务的修改或终止对用户和任何第三人不承担任何责任。多维有 权基于任何理由，终止用户的帐号、密码或使用本服务，或删除、转移用户存储、发布在本服务的内容，多维采取上述行为均不需通知，并且对用户和任何第三人不 承担任何责任。多维有权在任何时候，暂时或永久地收回、修改或终止包括但不限于用户通过本网站注册使用空间及其他资源。
为了网站的正常运行，多维定期或不定期地对提供网络服务的平台（如互联网网站、移动网络等）或相关的设备进行检修或者维护而造成网络服务的中断，多维将尽 力避免服务中断或将中断时间限制在最短时间内。在合理时间内的服务中断，多维无需为此承担任何责任。

4、服务条款的变更和修改
（1）多维有权随时对服务条款进行修改，并且一旦发生服务条款的变动，多维将在页面上提示修改的内容；当用户使用多维的服务时，应接受多维随时提供的与该 服务相关的规则或说明，并且这些规则或说明均构成本服务条款的一部分。用户如果不同意服务条款的修改，可以主动取消已经获得的网络服务；如果用户继续享用 网络服务，则视为用户已经接受服务条款的修改；
（2）多维向用户发出的通知，采用电子邮件或页面公告或常规信件的形式。服务条款的修改或其他事项变更时，多维将会以上述形式进行通知。该通知于发送之日视为已送达收件人。

5、对用户的管理
（1）用户必须遵守以下原则：
a．遵守所有使用网络服务的网络协议、规定、程序和惯例；
b．不得为任何非法目的而使用网络服务系统；
c．不得传输任何骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、庸俗的、淫秽的、教唆他人实施犯罪行为等非法的信息资料；
d．不得侵犯其他任何第三方的专利权、著作权、商标权、名誉权或其他任何合法权益；
e．不得利用多维网络服务系统进行任何不利于多维的行为；
f．不干扰或混乱网络服务；
g．未经许可不得非法进入其它电脑系统；
h．用户应了解国际互联网的无国界性，应特别注意遵守当地所有有关的法律和法规。
（2）禁止用户从事以下行为：
a．上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或传送任何非法、有害、胁迫、骚扰、侵害、中伤、粗俗、猥亵、诽谤、淫秽、侵害他人因隐私、种族歧视或其他另人不快的包括但不限于资讯、资料、文字、软件、音乐、照片、图形、信息或其他资料（以下简称内容）；
b．以任何方式危害未成年人；
c．冒充任何人或机构，或以虚伪不实的方式谎称或使人误认为与任何人或任何机构有关；
d．伪造标题或以其他方式操控识别资料，使人误认为该内容为多维所传送；
e．将无权传送的内容（例如内部资料、机密资料）进行上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或以其他方式传送；
f．将侵犯任何人的专利、商标、著作权、商业秘密或其他专属权利之内容加以上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或以其他方式传送；
g．将广告函件、促销资料、"垃圾邮件"等，加以上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或以其他方式传送。供前述目的使用的专用区域除外；
h．将有关干扰、破坏或限制任何计算机软件、硬件或通讯设备功能的软件病毒或其他计算机代码、档案和程序之资料，加以上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或以其他方式传送；
i．干扰或破坏本服务或与本服务相连的服务器和网络，或不遵守本服务网络使用之规定；
j．跟踪或以其他方式骚扰他人；
k．用户不得对多维虚拟社区提供的任何服务进行复制、出售或用作其他商业用途。
用户需独立对自己在网上的行为承担法律责任。若用户的行为不符合上述服务条款，多维有权做出独立判断立即取消用户服务帐号，用户若在多维上散布和传播反动、色情或其他违反国家法律的信息，多维的系统记录有可能作为用户违反法律的证据。
（3）多维不对用户所发布信息的删除或储存失败承担任何责任。对于用户通过多维网络技术服务（包括但不限于论坛、新闻评论、博客、i维等频道）上传到多维 上可公开获取区域的任何内容，用户同意授予多维在全世界范围内永久性的、不可撤销的、免费的、非独家的和再许可的权利和许可，多维可以使用、复制、修改、 改编、出版、翻译、据以创作衍生作品、传播、表演和展示该等内容的全部或部分，或将此等内容的全部或部分编入其他任何形式的作品、媒体或技术中。
（4）用户权利
a．您对于自己的个人资料享有以下权利：
i．随时查询及请求阅览；
ii．随时请求补充或更正；
iii．随时请求删除；
iv．请求停止电脑处理及利用。
b、依服务条款规定请求终止某项网络服务。
c.个人信息受到保护。多维承诺保护您向我们提供的个人信息。我们充分利用通常商业应用之安全技术、流程和组织方法的相互结合来帮助和保护您的个人信息免 受未授权的访问、使用和泄露。虽然我们努力保护您的个人信息，但是我们不能确保您传输的信息的安全性。我们建议您在访问互联网时采取一切防范措施来保护您 的个人信息。例如，经常修改密码，编写密码时使用字母与数字的组合，同时确定您使用的是安全的浏览器。

6、用户名、用户密码和安全性
（1）用户名的注册及使用须尊重网络道德；

（4）用户可随时根据提示改变用户的密码。用户不应将其帐号、密码转让或出借予他人使用。如用户发现其帐号遭他人非法使用或存在安全漏洞的情况，应立即通 知多维。因黑客行为或用户的保管疏忽导致帐号、密码遭他人非法使用，多维不承担任何责任；
（5）会员不得使用任何方式盗用、冒充他人的会员名称，其行为造成恶劣后果者自负。

7、用户隐私制度
（1）当用户注册多维的服务时，用户须提供个人信息。多维收集个人信息的目的是为用户提供尽可能多的个人化网上服务以及为广告商提供一个方便的途径来接触 到适合的用户，并且可以发送具有相关性的内容和广告。在此过程中，广告商绝对不会接触到用户的个人信息。此外，多维将通过用户的IP地址来收集非个人化的 信息，例如浏览器和操作系统的种类、提供接入服务的ISP名称等，以优化在您计算机屏幕上显示的页面；并通过收集上述信息，进行访客流量统计。这些无关个 人身份的信息能帮助本站辨别地区性分布等特性，并保证本站进行推广活动的有效性。

（4）关于儿童的隐私。

（1）多维网站下属的论坛、I维、博客服务（以下简称“多维虚拟社区”）不对用户所发布信息的删除或储存失败负责。多维虚拟社区保留判定用户的行为是否符 合多维论坛虚拟社区服务条款的要求和精神的权利，如果用户违背了服务条款的规定，则中断其虚拟社区服务的帐号。
（2）多维虚拟社区的知识产权及其他权利
a．多维虚拟社区对本服务及本服务所使用的软件包含受知识产权或其他法律保护的资料享有相应的权利；
b．经由本服务传送的资讯及内容，受到著作权法、商标法、专利法或其他法律的保护；未经多维虚拟社区明示授权许可，用户不得进行修改、出租、散布或衍生其他作品；
c．用户对本服务所使用的软件有非专属性使用权，但自己不得或许可任何第三方复制、修改、出售或衍生产品；
d．多维虚拟社区，多维虚拟社区logo、设计图样以及其他多维虚拟社区图样、产品及服务名称，均为多维通讯社有限公司所享有的商标。任何人不得使用、复制或用作其他用途。
（3）多维虚拟社区声明
a．用户对经由本服务上载、张贴、发送电子邮件或传送的内容负全部责任；
b．对于经由本服务而传送的内容，多维虚拟社区不保证前述内容的正确性、完整性或品质。用户在接受本服务时，有可能会接触到令人不快、不适当或令人厌恶的 内容。在任何情况下，多维虚拟社区均不对任何内容负责，包括但不限于任何内容发生任何错误或纰漏以及衍生的任何损失或损害。多维虚拟社区有权（但无义务） 根据本协议自行拒绝或删除经由本服务提供的任何内容。用户使用上述内容，应自行承担风险。

10、评论声明

（2）用户经由本服务与广告商进行通讯联系或商业往来或参与促销活动，完全属于用户与广告商之间的行为，与多维没有任何关系，对于前述交易或前述广告商因 本服务所生之任何损害或损失，多维不承担任何责任。多维没有义务对广告及广告商进行甄别或审查。
（3）用户从本服务接受任何内容、信息（包括但不限于有关公司商情、股票评析、投资方向等资料），本服务对正确性、适用性，均不负任何责任。基于上述资料，用户所进行的交易或投资决定，由用户承担全部后果和责任。
